The retreat starts at 11 on Thursday the 24th of August 2017

and it ends on the evening of Sunday the 27th of August around 18...

You can choose to come for the whole length or just for a part of the experience...

* Thursday (half day):
11-15: welcome, registration, lunch
15-16: gentle Yoga
16.15-18.15: AcroYoga
18.30-19.30: Meditation and Pranayama
20-21: dinner
after dinner: every day different activities (sounds, fire, music, kirtan, dance, contact impro, meditations, games... bring your own instruments!)

* Friday, Saturday and Sunday (full day):
7.30-9: Yoga with Giulia or Teti - Vinyasa or Power or Ananda
9-10: breakfast
10-12: AcroYoga
12-15: free time
15-16: Yoga philosophy
16.15-18.45: AcroYoga
19-20: Thai Yoga Massage
20-21: dinner
after dinner surprise activities

The amount below includes the many workshops, the accomodation in shared comfortable tipi tent, use of toilets and showers.

​Kids until 11 years old are coming for FREE, 
from 11 to 17 years old half price.

You are very welcome to bring your own tent and camp in the big space we have available. 
If you prefer to stay in a room, we can help you find you a cheap bedroom in a close by B&B!

FOOD:
not included to give you the option to buy and cook your own but we will have a cook at the site that will prepare for you three meals (small breakfast, lunch and dinner with organic, local products) for the ridiculous price of 16 euros a day!
